Phenom ProX
Phenom ProX SEM is a high-performance SEM for imaging and analysis which enables the user to physically examine the sample structures and determine their elemental composition. With ProX SEM further analysis of the distribution of elements is possible by optional Elemental Mapping and Line Scan software in addition to the point analysis.
